There are projects that are just so special, and it’s one of the best things about my work. This necklace and earring set was made for my beloved maman, (who has always been my biggest fan.) She dreamt about a moonstone necklace over thirty years ago, and I remember her telling me about it when I was just starting out making jewelry. Well, we finally made it a reality! Featuring rainbow moonstone cabochons that I have had in my collection for a long time, I set them in platinum and attached them to a fine platinum chain. The matching earrings are clip-on, as my mother never pierced her ears. I am very pleased with the results and I know she’s thrilled to finally have her dream come true.
