Meet Areia❤️ The Portuguese word for sand.
Part of my Baleal Collection shaped by memories of growing up along Portugal’s Silver Coast, where endless stretches of sand met the Atlantic and summer days seemed to last forever.

Each tiny golden bubble is a tribute to those moments…grains of sand beneath bare feet, salt in the air, treasures gathered along the shoreline, and the quiet nostalgia of my second home.

Delicate,playful, stackable, Areia is designed to capture the beauty found in the smallest details. They’re a reminder that the places we come from stay with us, wherever we go.

The student drew their designs, carved their own bands and upgraded to gold— post workshop these were cast, polished and set with heirloom diamonds. Ma Cherie 😍😍😍

At some point, on this gorgeous day, Blue & I are going for a walk and we might just leave a little a Diamond somewhere along the boardwalk… don’t worry, I’ll post a sneak peek of the location. Find it before the seagulls do. Don’t live in Halifax? Tag a friend who does.

ITS NADIAS BIRTHDAY!
And she’s going to kill me for posting this but this incredible woman deserves far more than a little spotlight— she is not just the person who keeps my head on and business running smoothly, she has become best friend and someone I simply cannot live without. And for those of you who don’t know she is such a talented, creative and inspiring jewellery designer with far more experience and talent in her little pinky than I have. Through thick and thin Nadia has stuck by my side and in my hardest moments her and her husband have even taken me in their home to live. She loved my Bear as much as I did and is momma to the three most purrrrfect kitties❤️ She is not just my biggest asset—she is family.
AND IF YOU DON’T ALL GO FOLLOW HER AND WISH HER THE BIGGEST HAPPY BIRTHDAY ON HER LAST POST I WILL BE VERY ANGRY!
