I'm not perfect and sometimes I make mistakes. Which is why I always guarantee my work 100% and I fix it for free if anything goes wrong, like it did with this dragon vein agate pendant. I made it the same way I normally do but I did not account for the size, weight and shape of the big stone. The wire was too thin and it eventually fell out. The only way to fix it was to remake the setting. I used a heavier gauge of wire, reinforced the back, and made the front more secure. All 100% free. I am confident it will stay secure from now on😊.
