A Gemologist and a true Gemini twin, I am a hunter and hand harvester of rare, exquisite gemstones & minerals. Growing up at my grandparent's antique shop, I was introduced to classic, art deco and historic pieces...I was visually hooked on "other worldly", rare & unique items which had been passed down & told their stories. I was always the kid at school wearing antique jewellery, unusual gemston

es and big gaudy rings. Even more so, I loved looking at them..in different lights, examining them and telling people about where they came from. So I decided to study jewellery design/history, and then later received my Gemmology diploma at the Canadian Institute of Gemmology. Travelling around the world and sourcing out new gemstones and new ideas, I have been learning more about traditional jewellery and gaining inspiration as to what it means to people all over the world....to adorn oneself in beauty and to pass it down in the lineage of one's family. I feel connected to these roots of nature's finest imprint, & to the divinity of raw and natural beauty...Gemstones. Here are some of my favourite things, I really hope you enjoy them as much as I do

And I have to say that I’ve selected some of the best of the best over the years.
Set in solid Sterling Silver, some with a full 18k Gold Bezel around the Stone - first few photos -

As we finish our first month of the 2026 season 🤯 of our famous Salt Spring Saturday Market Day tomorrow, I wanted to show some more goodies of what I have in store, or online.
As the seasons go on I do not get much time to post on here but I will try.
💎Did you know that I hand make, design and/or produce everything in our Gem&I Jewellery Storefront in Ganges from start to finish and even have all the carat weights of every single loose Gemstone I selected before setting it.
Then I put it on display after a final cream polish👌

Every single Gemstone, Bead, our Sterling Silver or Gold Mix and Hand Stitched Blanket for each Jacket is High Graded and selected by me and then we make/or produce each piece.

I’ve just started putting out new pieces I have held onto.
