Long overdue 🥹 At the end of September, after 5.5 years, I closed my Regina studio location.

I want to start by thanking Jacq, .by.jacq who helped me immensely by taking over most of my clientele when I made the transition to Brandon mid-2024. Without her help, grind, and willingness to work any hours necessary on top of her own clientele, while going to university full time, I wouldn’t have been able to maintain being in between provinces for so long. She was truly my saving grace for the last almost 2 years and just the most salt of the earth human being. I am so lucky to have crossed paths with her. Jacq introduced me to Jas .kaayyesthetics who quickly became one of our coworkers and my good friend. Already miss working alongside them 🥲

I was fortunate to have such a wide network of friends and mentors, ranging from Blaze who first taught me Classic Lashes in 2020, to Jasmine .ca who so kindly took me under her wing and gave me the opportunity to grow my business during the pandemic. After Bellezza and landing back on my feet, I was honoured to host and for their courses a few consecutive years, which allowed me to meet and connect with so many other local industry professionals. Their workshops truly keep the lash industry knit together, I can’t recommend enough. And so many others I will run out of room trying to name. 😂

And finally, my lovely friends, or “clients”. I was SO lucky to have such a wonderful group of women who stuck by my side until the very end, dealing with my erratic schedule after having a baby and moving to Brandon. Most of them I never actually hung out with outside of work, but seeing them every few weeks for 2, 3, 4, or 5 years (🥹) you all felt like real, genuine friends. Always getting to catch up, hear the tea, and see you grow through so many life phases — high school, university, new jobs, relationships, and everything in between, has been so much fun and rewarding. Thank you so much for your trust and support. I can’t put into words what it’s meant to me, truly the world. I wouldn’t be where I am or who I am without you 🥲

YEARS in the making! About 2 years ago I was blessed to host and take part in her Retention 2.0 course. This course CHANGED the game for me. Tiff goes into everything from environment/humidity, proper placement, attachment styles (the cuddle - iykyk) troubleshooting and client factors. SOLID, full retention is entirely possible at 3-4 weeks - no stragglers, just a near full-set to carry you through life 🥹

Going on maternity leave I knew I would be working less and unable to see clients as frequently. I made it my goal to have all of my returning clients able to go 3-4 weeks between fills by ensuring clean isolation and rock-solid attachment. Always evolving and learning, but we’re on the right track!

A great rule of thumb to follow: if you can count how many lashes are left on at your fill, it’s not a fill - it’s a full set.

Tiff offers an online course as well as in person. If you’re looking to level up your retention game, I HIGHLY recommend learning from the queen herself!
