At Field & Flower, creativity blooms in more ways than one. Co-owners Kathleen and Megan have built more than just a business together — they’ve built a space where flowers and frosting become art, and where every creation carries heart.

Kathleen, the florist behind every bouquet and arrangement, pours intention into each stem she touches. From carefully receiving fresh shipments, trimming and hydrating blooms, to thoughtfully designing arrangements that reflect life’s biggest and smallest moments, her work is both skilled and deeply personal. Every bouquet that leaves her hands tells a story — of celebration, comfort, love, or gratitude.

Beside her is Megan, the talented cake and cupcake decorator whose creativity shines in sugar and buttercream. Each swirl of frosting, each hand-placed detail, transforms simple ingredients into edible art. Her cakes and cupcakes don’t just look beautiful — they’re crafted to make birthdays brighter, weddings sweeter, and everyday moments a little more special.

Together, Kathleen and Megan share ownership of Field & Flower, blending their talents seamlessly. Flowers and cupcakes may be different mediums, but the heart behind them is the same. They work side by side, encouraging one another, balancing the long hours, and constantly inspiring each other’s creativity. It’s a partnership rooted in friendship, respect, and a shared passion for making people smile.

Owning a small business takes endless effort — early mornings, late nights, busy holidays, and constant attention to detail. It’s a lot of work. But it’s also a lot of love. Every order represents trust from a customer, and that trust is something they never take lightly.

Above all, Kathleen and Megan are deeply thankful — for every bouquet ordered, every cupcake enjoyed, and every customer who walks through the door.
