Our focus on being yourself as the key aspect to your own unique beauty stems from many years of struggling with self acceptance and trying to fit in only to leave myself behind and unhappy and no where near being myself in the process. In fact, at that time, I wasn't sure what was really 'me' as I never fully explored it which was a sad realization. After many years of struggling to figure it all out, trying new things to see what I actually like, and having amazing supports along the way, I found the true key to beauty and feeling as well as looking your best is being able to be yourself. By this I mean being able to express your own unique style, be true to who you are and shine as the beautiful and unique person you are. Not only does this make yourself happier and more satisfied but that new "glow" can be seen by others and that radiance makes you stand in an amazing way which is the most beautiful thing. Individuality, self expression, self love and self care is empowering and from my experience one of the best gifts you can give yourself and those around you.
