Absolute *RAVE* to ! He's been grooming my dog Stevie & my cat Krunchie for years, and now my 80yo Dad's cat Smudge too. He's given incredible grooming services to us every* time, gives luvins to my pets every single time, treating them like his own. The *only* time I have ever been UNsatisfied is when my dog's tail was shaved...but guess what? That was my own fault for not brushing her enough & I accepted responsibility for my lack of care (she is a breed that requires brushing and regular grooming). As for my Dad's cat Smudge, Smudge is a BIG dude, and VERY spicy 🌶️ boi, and at his first groom, there was a red and somewhat raw spot near his groin afterwards. Not once did I think to blame Fynn. THAT* was from my senior citizen Dad unintentionally letting Smudge 's grooming get behind & a matt had been pulling for too long...he's a ragdoll that needs regular grooming also. Fynn was quick to offer very excellent advice on how to care for Smudge 's skin too. My Dad loves Fynn & his services as much as I do now. We will continue for the unforseen future to be happy loyal customers.
