What began as a new hobby in beading for Christina was quickly picked up by her artistic daughter, Madeleine. The business of Seed Bead was created from the requirement to fundraise for Madeleine’s various high school trips such as a trip to visit the Stratford Festival and a trip to Chicago for a concert band competition. Several years have passed but Christina and Madeleine's shared creativity c

ontinues to help their collections evolve in new directions. Their creations are handmade and unique, using a variety of materials including a substantial use of semi-precious stones. The key inspiration for these special pieces comes from their desire to blend the joys of colour, warm company and cups of tea...
Group and custom orders will be made available in the future after a period of renovation for the shop but we encourage you to keep an eye out for new products that will soon be added to our collection.
