Jewelry design and fabrication is one of my favourite things to do in this wonderful world of possibilities. I've been playing with the art of decorating ones person since I was a little girl and learned to string beads. As the years went by the materials I used improved in quality and my designs became more intricate. Eventually my designs and desires to create led me to enrol in the Jewelry Desi

gn Diploma program offered by Kootenay Studio Arts of Selkirk College. I now spend my days working in my own home studio in Nelson, BC, Canada. Creating and exploring the possibilities of my chosen medium keeps me fulfilled and oh so grateful to be doing what I love. Rainbow Moonstone! So in love with this batch of rainbow moonstones that I found….so polished, so full of rainbows! A lovely flash of colour for your finger, this is the largest stone in my collection of rings so far…

Ongoing series “Talons and Fangs” created by melting down my silver scraps and carving into desired shapes and then giving them a cap, this one sports a brass cap with decorative grooves.

Obsessed with including Mother Nature in my jewelry..this piece features the imprint of a mini wild rose that I collected while out hiking..I dried it and then imprinted it into silver before cutting it out and placing it behind a clear rose quartz. Perhaps she would make a good hiking partner for you or someone you love😍
