Handcrafted from TWO layers of beautiful vegetable-tanned leather, hand-dyed one by one, and made to survive all your beach trips, lobster rolls, road trips, and “just one more stop by the wharf” adventures 😄

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms, grandmas, and mother figures out there 🌸✨

We truly think moms deserve appreciation every day… but if you’ve been waiting for a little excuse to spoil her, this is a pretty good one 😉

We took these photos today at our booth at Shediac Craft Shop yesterday of all different fun little gifts she might actually love — leather earrings, bracelets, keychains, card wallets, belts, sea glass key chains, leather cup sleeves, and bags!

Perfect for the moms who say “I don’t need anything” …but definitely deserve something 😄

Fresh restock day at Maritime Crafts & More!

We added new leather earrings, refreshed our display, and filled the booth with all kinds of handmade goodies just in time for Mother’s Day shopping 💐

We had a great evening at the vendor meeting at Marché des fermiers de Bouctouche Farmers' Market tonight.

Our DodoLeather team is coming back to BFM starting June 20, and you’ll find us there every Saturday all the way until Christmas season begins!

We love working with small gift shops and galleries that truly care about the artists and pieces they feature.

This is the reason why we appreciate Maritime Texture on beautiful Deer Island — a community of artisans and makers from across the “Picture Province,” all dedicated to creating original, handcrafted pieces that are 100% New Brunswick–made.

We’ve been partnering with them for a few years now, and you can find our leather bags, bracelets, earrings, and accessories there alongside so many talented local artists and makers.

This is a batch of the handcrafted leather goods we are sending them for their season opening on May 8!

If you’re heading to Deer Island this spring or summer, it’s absolutely worth a visit. You’ll discover pottery, fine art, jewelry, woodwork, coffee, handmade treats, and so much more — all created by NB makers.

Rain, volunteering, and a little bit of dancing 🌧️💃😄

We spent our Sunday morning at Run for Women Moncton
at Centennial Park — supporting the Justice Facility Dog Program at the Centre Courage Centre.

Yes, it was raining. Yes, we got a bit wet.
And yes… there was dancing in between 😄

Because if you’re going to show up for a good cause, you might as well bring good energy too.

Grateful to be part of a community that shows up — rain or shine!

It’s truly a treasure trove of creativity — from handmade textiles and beautiful ceramics to woodworking, paintings, and so much more. Every visit feels like discovering something new.

We’re so excited to officially open a new season in Shediac! Today we set up our booth at the (you’ll find us in the iconic red building near the big lobster 🦞), and we’re already loving the vibe.

This time, our team had some very special help — our 7 y.o. designer and photographer was on site, making sure everything looked just right 📸✨
Safe to say… we’ve never been this fast and efficient!
