Anthony & Jillian — Faithfully Ever After 🤍

Almost one year ago, we introduced you to Anthony & Jillian Jillian Sorce through our She Said Yes series with a story we called Faith, Fitness & Forever.

It started with early morning hellos at the gym, a shared faith, and one simple compliment about Jillian’s “I Love Jesus” shirt. Neither was looking for a relationship — but something greater was already in motion. 🙏

Their story eventually led Anthony to Old Mill Race Village in Northville, Michigan, where he surprised Jillian with a proposal surrounded by the friends who helped capture the moment.
Now we get to share the forever part. ❤️

Anthony & Jillian recently tied the knot at Walden Woods in Howell, Michigan, surrounded by the people they love most — and Anthony was kind enough to send us these beautiful photographs from their wedding day.

For us, this is what Happily Ever After is all about.
We may help create the ring that begins one chapter, but there’s something incredibly special about seeing that same ring again when our couples walk down the aisle and begin the next one.

MIDNIGHT IN CRETE 🌙🇬🇷

A midnight walk. A dance in the rain. A forever yes.

Gillian (Gillian King) and Matt’s story began long before that rainy night in Greece.

They first met at summer camp when they were just 12 and 13 years old, then found their way back into each other’s lives in high school. What began as friendship eventually grew into something more, and within a few months, they knew they had fallen in love.

Years later, during a trip to Chania, Crete, Matt had another chapter quietly planned.

They had just returned to their hotel after dinner when he asked Gillian if she wanted to go for a walk. It was late. It was raining. Most people probably would have called it a night.

They went anyway.

They wandered down toward the water and eventually found their way onto the beach. With the rain still falling and the Mediterranean beside them, they stopped and danced together for a while.

Then Matt proposed.

No audience. No perfectly staged sunset. No photographer waiting around the corner.

Just the two of them, after midnight, dancing in the rain on a beach in Crete.

As Gillian later told us:

“It was perfect and I loved everything about it.”

And maybe that’s why this story stayed with us.

When Gillian originally reached out after their engagement, the couple barely had any photographs from that night. It was dark, rainy and hardly ideal for documenting the moment. They decided to wait for a proper engagement shoot, and months later, we finally get to celebrate them properly.

For Matt, choosing Fantasy GemArt came through someone Gillian already trusted — her cousin Kevin Saunders, who referred him to Mike De Gennaro.

Gillian tells us Matt loved working with Mike so much that they already plan on returning to Fantasy GemArt when it’s time to create their wedding bands.

📱💎 PASSING THE PHONE: FG EDITION

You can’t question the experience of the OG of FG, Angelo DeGennaro.

You definitely can’t turn down the volume on the loud-but-proud Diamond Dave. We’ve tried. 😂

Our CAD renderer Mark wisely chose peace and stayed off camera, so our social media man of five-plus years, Michael D Media - Social Media Management, stepped in—only to be named the most annoying person in the office. Five years of service, ladies and gentlemen. This is the gratitude.

And finally, the phone returned to Mike De Gennaro: the busiest, coolest and—according to his many adoring fans—most beloved guy at Fantasy GemArt.

Mike reviewed these allegations, put on the shades and confirmed:
