Sometimes the skin tells a story long before we do.
That’s why I created the somatic facial, not just to treat the surface but to support your whole system.
A place where you can slow down.

If you’ve been craving that kind of pause…
If your face feels tight…
If your nervous system feels tired…
This might be your moment.

“The average woman applies over 100 chemicals to her body, before breakfast.
From endocrine-disrupting parabens to carcinogenic fragrances, many beauty products are loaded with ingredients that don’t belong on your skin or in your bloodstream. And here’s the thing: what goes on your body ends up in your body.”

Your skin reflects your inner environment.
Choose your skincare products wisely.
That’s why in my practice, I use a clean, plant-based, organic line.
I believe in products that support your body’s natural healing, not disrupt it. 🌿

Now ask yourself, is it worth holding on to? By reliving that same experience over and over, it starts to become ingrained in you. Then all it takes is a small trigger, and you’re back to that same experience and those same emotions again.
Become conscious of this and learn to let go.

Don’t worry about what’s happening around you, rather focus on what’s happening inside you. ✨💕

Don’t worry about what’s happening around you, rather focus on what’s happening inside you. ✨💕

I’m slowly learning that I don’t have to react to everything that bothers me.
I’m slowly learning that the energy it takes to react to every bad thing that happens to you drains you and stops you from seeing the other good things in life.

I’m learning that I’m not going to be everyone’s cup of tea and I won’t be able to get everyone to treat me the way I want to be treated and that’s okay.

I’m slowly learning that trying so hard to ‘win’ anyone is just a waste of time and energy and it fills you with nothing but emptiness.
I’m slowly learning that not reacting doesn’t mean I’m okay with things, it just means I’m choosing to rise above it.

I’m choosing to take the lesson it has served and learn from it.
I’m choosing to be the bigger person. I’m choosing my peace of mind because that’s what I truly need.
I don’t need more drama.
I don’t need people making me feel like I’m not good enough.
I don’t need fights and arguments and fake connections.

I’m slowly learning that sometimes not saying anything at all says everything.
I’m slowly learning that reacting to things that upset you gives someone else power over your emotions.
You can’t control what others do, but you can control how you respond, how you handle it, how you perceive it and how much of it you want to take personally.
I’m slowly learning that most of the time, these situations say nothing about you and a lot about the other person.

I’m slowly learning that maybe all these disappointments are just there to teach us how to love ourselves because that will be the armor and the shield we need against the people who try to bring us down.
They will save us when people try to shake our confidence or when they try to make us feel like we’re worthless.

I’m also learning that even if I react, it won’t change anything, it won’t make people suddenly love and respect me, it won’t magically change their minds.
Sometimes it’s better to just let things be, let people go, don’t fight for closure, don’t ask for explanations, don’t chase answers and don’t expect people to understand where you’re coming from.
I’m slowly learning that life is better lived when you don’t center it on what’s happening around you and center it on what’s happening inside you instead.
Work on yourself and your inner peace and you’ll come to realize that not reacting to every little thing that bothers you is the first ingredient to living a happy and healthy life.

💛 Happiness Day 💛

Happiness is a choice that we make, but how easily do we give away that power to outside circumstances and people?
💛
Happiness is like clouds that always come and go, but true joy is like a steady ocean within you, something you can always tap into.
💛
Remember that we get to choose how we react. Happiness comes from within, not from any person or thing. Rather then seeking it in external sources, look within yourself.

“When you are in a fearful state of mind, fear breeds fear. The thought
field of fear seeks out external stimuli to be afraid of. The fearful mind precipitates fearful probabilities out of the infinite potentials in the possibility wave.

You might believe that the problems are "out there" in your
environment, caused by other people, corporations, the government, or random events.

In reality, you are inhabiting a thought field that shapes the material space around you. Mind can produce matter in negative as
well as positive ways. In the Bible, the ancient philosopher Job laments:
"What I feared has come upon me."

Just finished the gem! So many takeaways but I feel I need to read it again to fully digest it. But the main message is that we are so much more powerful than we think. We have the ability to create our own reality every single day, we just have to choose it.

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳𝘀?

A lot of our limited core beliefs come from early childhood and they take over our life.

If we don’t challenge those beliefs, we live a life of lies about ourselves.

This one’s pretty hard for me as I know I have so many limiting beliefs about myself, things others have told me and things I’ve told myself. Those words stay stuck!

But I’m learning to challenge myself and the first step is start questioning all the beliefs that keep me small and limited.

Where did they come from?
Are they actually true?

Alot of times we don’t question, we just believe what others tell us. And by doing that we give our power away.
We are so much bigger and powerful than we actually believe.
Every day is an opportunity to decide to be your greatest self or pretend to be less than what you know.
