1-Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Most items are preorders and can take upto 2-3 wks, or more, to ship.
2-Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or shipping companies delivery times.
3- Returns / Exchanges

cept returns ONLY If the item is damaged. If you receive your order damaged/broken, please contact us ASAP get any issues resolved. We will require photos of the damaged goods for insurance purposes. Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

4- Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
5- What if I did not receive my order but tracking shows it was delivered? Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense. Once your order leaves our hands it is out of our control. If you have not received a package despite tracking shows that it is delivered, then it is the buyers responsibility to look at other doors, to check front office, to check with neighbours, contact local police department, and then finally file a police report. Mail carriers such as USPS, have GPS co-ordinates that can confirm where exactly the package was delivered. If GPS coordinates indicate the package was delivered to the correct address, then it's up to the buyer to file a mail theft report.
6-Do you ship worldwide? We do ship worldwide, however we are not responsible for any additional fees such as duties/ taxes /custom fees etc. to ship outside of Canada . Any additional fees outside of shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. Also we are not responsible for late delivery of orders, if Customs have held the order for inspection. These circumstances are beyond our control.
7- What if I submitted the wrong address? It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. All orders will be shipped to the address submitted by the buyer. Please ensure your address is correct during checkout, because once the shipping label is printed, we are unable to change the address and the package will be mailed to the address submitted. No refunds will be given due to an incorrect shipping address. If the order is delivered to the wrong address or undeliverable due to wrong address, the package will be reshipped only at the buyers cost. Return to sender Fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
