Lots of NEW PRODUCTS!!! There was a mammoth jam and jelly making session in the Ponds Country Kitchen kitchen yesterday 😲😋

I'll be at the New Glasgow Farmers Market this Saturday September 12th 9am to 1pm with Sour Cherry, Gooseberry, Blue Rhubarb, Black and Blue, and Strawberry Rhubarb, Blue Cherry Jams, and- Cherry Apple, Apple Rhubarb and Grape Jellies 🍇 🍒🍓🫐🍎 and of course, plenty of pickles and relish as well.

Another busy few days in the Ponds Country Kitchen kitchen 🙂
Yesterday was Kosher Style Dill Pickles and relish prep for overnight brining. This morning was rinsing, draining, cooking, bottling and bathing a double batch each of Million Dollar Zucchini Relish and Zucchini Relish with Horseradish 😋
As always, all my preserves are gluten free and of course, delicious ☺
My next market will be this coming Saturday at the New Glasgow Farmers Market 9am to 1pm

Oh yes, and some Kosher Style Dill Pickles too 😋. My next market date is Saturday August 29th at the New Glasgow Farmers Market.
Many thanks to my friends Tarsila and Jason of Way To Grow Gardens for the lovely green and yellow zukes and fresh dill 💚💛. I absolutely couldn't do it without them 🥰

Like a little heat? This one's for you!
Made with yellow and green zuckes from Way To Grow Gardens and my own homegrown horseradish and cayenne peppers, this ones a real flavor enhancer 😋
