I use genuine gemstones and cultured pearls, hypoallergenic stainless steel, birch bark, wood, 14k gold or gold plate and sterling silver or silver plate in every piece. I do not use "silver tone" or "turquoise coloured", but use the real thing. My prices are very reasonable because I take the time to source my supplies from reputable dealers and other artisans for things such as lamp worked beads, porcelain beads, etc. I pass my savings on to you, my customers, because I do not believe that I have to overcharge for my work. I believe in fair pricing and do not price my pieces up just so I can put them on "Sale" later.
