Some jewellery finds a second life.

This gold chain belonged to my mother. When it broke, it happened almost perfectly in the middle. Rather than replacing the chain or hiding the break, I chose to honour it.

I hand-wrapped a cascading cluster of faceted blue sapphires, round smoky quartz, and vintage glass beads with gold-filled wire, transforming what was once a break into the heart of the necklace.

There’s something deeply meaningful about repairing rather than replacing. Sometimes the most beautiful parts of a story begin where something once came apart.

This piece is a quiet reminder that beauty isn’t found in perfection—it’s found in what we choose to preserve, mend, and carry forward.

Bittersweet news… this necklace has found its new home. 💚

Every piece I make carries a little piece of my heart, and this one was no exception. I absolutely love the rich greens of the unakite paired with warm copper and all of the handmade details. It’s one of those pieces that’s hard to say goodbye to.

At the same time, there’s something incredibly special about knowing it will be loved and worn by someone new. That’s the best part of creating jewellery—watching it begin its next chapter.
