How to make your own Colloid Silver to help keep you healthy during this time.

buy distilled water, 3 9 volt batteries and connectors for them, 2 alligator clips, 2 silver rods....

Put l liter of the distilled water in microwave to heat up a bit, maybe about 2 mins. depending on your equipment....take out , put silver rods in with them bent over the edge to attach the alligator clips, keep them 2 inches apart in water, and 1 inch from bottom of jar. after this you connect all your batteries together and then connect your alligator clips....attach to the silver rods and time this about 1 hour to get 10 PPM....use a water tester for this...if you want it a bit stronger, then you can leave it "brewing" a bit longer.

Keep in a dark bottle, I put mine in the fridge, but not necessary, take 1 ouce daily to help boost your immune system.

Don't forget to take care of yourself during this time of COVID19...
here are some things that I do daily:
1.) take lots of Vit. C about 5,000 mgs. daily
2.) take lots of Zinc, about 50 mgs. daily
Olive leaf Extract is a powerful antioxidant.

Hi everyone, I just came to realize the reason why we all need to be BORN AGAIN...the answer is so simple, yet I have been a Christian for over 59 years, and didn't know this little fact...the answer is....BECAUSE THEN WE ARE BORN INTO THE FAMILY OF GOD....simple, huh? Born into the Blood Line of Christ...and being His blood line is Jewish, then that makes all those who are born again, a JEW...something I am so proud to say....I finally belong to the family of God through my new birth...wow, exciting...and peacefull....God Bless you all.

Take your Vit. C 1,000 mgs. per day, Zinc 50 mgs. and Vit. D 5,000 IU...and I also drink Colloid Silver during this COVID crisis, best to be safe...if I go out shopping, yes I wear a mask, also protects others.

Stay positive and to do that naturally is to keep your hand in the hand of the Master...let HIM guide and protect you....much safer that way.

God be with you as you search the Scriptures and ask the Holy Spirit to guide you in all you do...amen!

Here'sa new recipe for all my Facebook friends...to add to a baked potatoe, mix 1 can of salmon with spices ( your choice) I use basel, parsley, salt and peper to the mayo, then 2 tbsps. of hot dog relish...makes everything taste so good.

I have a new recipe for all of you who are watching your BP and need that extra Potassium...nuke your nice big russet potatoe, then in a separate bowl, mix 1 can of red salmon, 1 1/2 tbps. of mayo, then 1 tbps. of hot dog relish, and for spices I use basel, a little pepper and parsley....mix well, split open your potatoe and add this amazing health food...you will feel so energized...
