A small full-circle moment to put my jewellery journey into perspective! In 2013, I made an engagement ring for two of my roommates while I was in university, Mike and Ashley. They put their trust in my rookie jeweller hands and I made a double twisted sterling band, with a white gold setting and beautiful pear diamond. Now 13 years later, we are all in the depths of adulthood and I have that many more years experience at the bench. Honoured to remake her ring into a solid white gold ring, and of course completely hand fabricated. I also melted the original white gold prong setting into the new ring because y’all know I love being sentimental. Top left is the ring I made first, the top right is the way it wore, and the new refreshed ring beneath. Thanks guys!!

The complete restoration of my grandmothers family ring. All of the prongs and stones (one fell out) had worn out from decades of wearing proudly on her hand. If you zoom in on the smaller pictures, you can see where I drilled out every prong and soldered in a new wire, 20 times. Then reset each stone. I also replaced the thinned out metal on the band to beef it up again. Honoured to do it for her, and to show you just how far you can take your beloved, sentimental jewellery without having to scrap it. No Ai here 🤗

Two Twisted Tourmaline Rings, tinkered and torched to twinkling and tropical 💚 these rings were made alongside my previously posted ring. These are for her two, now not so little daughters. Melted sentimental gold, mostly 18k, gave a nice colour to the gold that really matches the green in the stones.

Spring is in the air! We will be seeing little pops of green here soon, just like this yellow gold and green tourmaline ring. It was made using some sentimental 18k gold, including a ring that had four tourmalines with little splashes of gold in them. Stay tuned to see where the other two stones ended up!

This pear diamond engagement ring with baguette accents was made using a passed down ring from the future mother-in-law. A minimalistic, modern redo and of course, all fabricated by hand.

A ring redo! This signet ring was in pretty rough shape when I first got it. The gold worn thin, and the stone still strong with a few scuffs, barely held in. Katherine snuck it out of her partner’s jewellery along with a ring she knew would fit him, and another gold ring to add into the gold for the new piece. I remade it with the space behind the stone now solid, protecting both the stone and the shape of the ring.

Ending 2025 with a post of an engagement ring I made that travelled all the way to Rome this holiday season! Will used some sentimental jewellery passed on by his mom, to recreate it into this fabulous half bezel, cathedral style ring. I created some really minimalistic, timeless pieces this year, and I’m sure it’ll continue to get better in 2026!
