When you buy handmade, you're not just paying for the material with a mark-up. 😉

Whether you buy dance accessories, holiday cards, candles, pet toys, holiday decor or any other handmade item - you're paying for the time and attention it takes to turn a pile of material into a completed product.

The process can take the maker hours, days, weeks or longer. Every detail is considered ❤️💚💙 No corners cut. 🤓

Can you buy a similar product for less $$? Maybe 🤷🏼 But you likely won't get the quality and you definitely won't have a unique product.

To use the example below - the material costs less than $3 but took about 6 hours to complete. This is just one element of a finished product. 😉

Proud to have sponsored the 2nd Festiva this last weekend. These awards took time, patience, lots of work and some tears 😉 ... not unlike the effort that the dancers who have earned these put into their dance.

Thank you to Frank Cavaliere for making the wood bases that truly finished these pieces, and a shout out to Liddy Patra for also creating some of the awards!
