I had the chance to create these bookmarks thanks to an order from a lovely friend. Not only I truly appreciate de support, but I also had tons of fun creating beaded accessories to accompany a very special activity that I myself enjoy quite a bit: reading
Be it fiction or non fiction, reading demands focus and effort from my part, commitment, discipline and understanding. Helps me spend less time in these social media platforms and gives me the chance to develop the longer attention span many aspects of existing deserve.
support your local library if interested, read beyond social media recommendations and enjoy yourself. Honestly, few things are better than reading beside a window on a rainy day, or laying on the ground outdoors on a sunny day and reading. Waiting at a cafe to meet a friend? Burn the extra time with a good read… or a bad one 🤷🏻♀️
This year’s favourites of mine (up until now) are Buffalo hunter hunter (Stephen Graham Jones) for fiction and the escape artist (Jonathan Freedland) for non fiction. What are yours?
