🏠 The not-so-fun side of owning a rental property! 😅
After the storm, our basement flooded. 🌧️💦 We had to hire a contractor to come in and remediate the damage.

Definitely an unexpected headache, but it’s part of the journey of owning investment property. We’ll get it cleaned up and back in shape! 💪🏡
