Let’s be honest, we’re probably all pretty comfortable ignoring the background noise of daily emails and social media.
But appreciation?
That cuts through.
Garrett Robinson, B. Comm, CFP®, a financial advisor in Edmonton who values lasting relationships and goes above and beyond to serve his clients came to us with a simple goal:
He wanted to show his clients appreciation, and introduce his loyal insurance clients to his retirement planning services.
He led with gratitude!
We got to work and curated a camping/S’mores-making gift to kick off the summer, and included a playful message: “Let’s plan S’more together”
along with a handwritten note.
No pitch. No pressure.
Clients felt seen. They laughed at the note. They shared the gift with their families and friends (after all, we don’t often sit around the campfire alone).
Because a thank-you created the moment. And a gentle invite made the next step of booking time with Garrett to discuss retirement planning, obvious.
Simple. Human. Effective.
