NEW COLLECTION ALERT!!🚨
This spring/summer I decided to tap into my heritage/ancestry a little more and focus on a stone that can only be found in the Dominican Republic.

Larimar is a beautiful blueish-green variety of the silicate mineral pectolite found only around the city of Barahona.

It was apparently discovered by a local artisan named Miguel Méndez in 1974 while he was exploring the coastal areas. Inspired by its stunning blue color, he named it after his daughter Larissa and the Spanish word for sea, “mar,” reflecting its resemblance to the Caribbean waters.

Don’t often share my personal life on my business account, but this year I thought I should!

No idea where the time has gone, but officially 8 years tumour and seizure free today! ♥️

I can only begin to summarize all that’s happened in the time since! This past year I’ve managed to cross a couple new vacation destinations off my list (Turkey & Costa Rica), focus a lot more on health and physical well-being, and expand my business to a few more retail locations!

Cheers to truly appreciating life, and making the most of the unknown amount of time we’ve got left on this planet 🍻
