Hey! It’s been a while (like a long time) since I’ve been active 😬 This past year has had A LOT of changes (around the world and on a personal level) and I am constantly learning how to readjust to work given the situation. With Covid not getting any better, a roller coaster pregnancy, the birth of our daughter, and returning to work are major life events which have been extremely difficult in what seems to be a consistent state of isolation.
My husband and I have made the decision to move back East to be close with our family again in these uncertain times. Which again, another major life event that is happening pretty fast.
With all of these changes, there has been a period of grief that I didn’t expect.
✨Losing the old me in becoming a mum and navigating this new sense of self
✨Losing social interaction and isolation from family due to Covid
✨Losing my sense of space and routine to move to be closer to family
While we made these decisions, grief still exists and that is normal. Experiencing grief is a normal part of processing and adjusting to change.
We trust that this accessible support system we will be surrounding ourselves with is what is best for our physical, mental, and emotional health.🥰
Trust the process, and don’t be afraid to readjust your surroundings to help you through whatever you may be going through.
Of course with this cross-country move, I will also be moving my studio and changing my turnaround times to better suit this new life we are embarking on. (You can read more about this in my bio link)⬇️

And keep your eyes peeled for more pictures/videos of Scous (Sadie’s best buddy aka my parent’s dog) 👀
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sticking around and your continued support. Every like, share, purchase helps me support my young family and live my creative dream 💞
