“With no garden to tend to, nor fresh flowers to pick, I bring out this little jar of rainbow I can cherish until spring.” I carefully dehydrate edible flowers that were kissed by the summer sun, seal them in glass jars, and use them through the cold seasons. Chamomile, nasturtium,calendula, thyme, radish bloom, viola, dianthus, borage, and a tiny touch of lavender. I use it in teas, baking, cocktails, Italian sodas, as garnish, in ice cubes… a healthy dose of sunshine and natural medicine. I have a few jars left after the holiday markets: 4g for $12.
