Yesterday was the Esoterica Spring Mourning market. When I get home from markets, I realize that while I love the part of finding good homes for all my pieces lovingly made, I realize that I'm really there for another reason.
At nearly every market I've ever been to, I meet someone who is momentarily broken, and finds healing in my work. Yesterday I met a beautiful soul who recently lost her husband just 27 years old. I cried with her while she told her story, and hope my hug felt safe for a moment. Then I carefully and lovingly wrapped a piece of me in tissue paper and tenderly placed him in her hands.
I hope when you see the light captured in this beautiful form, you can feel his presence surrounding you.
Please remember, my friends, to be kind. Life is sometimes hard, and often unfair, and you don't know what burden is carried by others. We are all connected.

So now, my friends, to address an issue that makes me sad.
If you've been in the stores lately, or ordered product from me, you may notice my prices creeping up.
Tarriffs and shipping costs have hit hard this past year.
Cost for many of my supplies have nearly (or actually) doubled!
From the perspective of time, I have very few designs that take less than 2 hours to make. Most of my designs take many hours, and some take days.
I don't like to put my prices up. I wish everyone could have beautiful sparkling things in their life.
A lot of my pieces are still the same as they were when I started making suncatchers 5 years ago.
Well you know how it is!
I just want you to know that I appreciate your follows, likes and shares, and I know that you have many places to spends your precious dollars! I don't take it for granted when you purchase from me.
