Most charms are Tibetan silver, alloy or silver plated. Others are stainless steel, bronze colored, .925 silver, wood, glass, etc.
* PAYMENT: To order product we accept paypal or email bank transfers.
* HOLDS: I love my customers and understand that everyone has different "paydays". My policy is that I will hold an item for up to 24 hours UNLESS we have a prior arrangement. When that date arrives and the customer has not paid or contacted me, the order will be cancelled and the item put back up for sale.
* PRODUCTS: I bring in products from all over the world. It's a 24/7 work in progress finding unique items that I know you will love.
**Search and Find Service - If you are looking for a specific charm or item I am more than happy to try to find it for you. However, this can take a very long time. A $5.00 fee for search and find will be added to your total cost if what you are looking for is found and purchased. Shipping/Handling costs -

If you would like to return an item, I will refund your order MINUS the shipping costs. Customer must pay to ship it back. Items must be in new condition when it arrives back to me(not broken or missing pieces)
Refund will be processed within 48hrs of receiving your return.
** Tracking numbers will be provided at customer's request. It will cost more though as it will need to be shipped as a tracked small packet. In this case exact shipping charges will apply and will be provided before invoice is sent.
