Downtown at Dusk is coming soon!!! And this amazing event is taking place that evening! How cool to do a community smudge??? Drumming! Smudging! Community! What more could you want??

Friday June 19 Downtown at Dusk/Summer Solstice event. We will be holding a community smudging at 730 pm! All are welcome, bring your smudge stick and join the circle. Smudge available in shop if you don't have one for $1.00 off.
So come on down and let's celebrate the longest day of the year.

I am proudly facilitating this workshop at the Quinte West Womens Collective on Sunday June 28th!! It’s from 1pm-3pm. I’d love to see some new and familiar faces make it out! Lol) it’s a Pay What you Can class—meaning 100% of the proceeds go to supporting the collective.

Life can be loud. The endless to-do lists. The pressure to be everything for everyone. Sometimes we get so busy taking care of everyone else that we forget to celebrate ourselves.

That’s what this afternoon is all about.

Think less “serious workshop” and more “a room full of women cheering each other on.” We’ll share some laughs, enjoy a guided meditation, explore a few fun and thought-provoking activities, and spend an afternoon focusing on the things we often forget about ourselves—the good stuff. No pressure, no perfection, and no need to be anything other than exactly who you are.

Wear whatever makes you comfortable.
And remember: You are enough. Always.

I’ll have readings available throughout the day, and when I’m not at the reading table you’ll find me hanging around the booth with all my Moonlit Wolf goodies.
