This was a fun project! I’m kicking myself for not taking a good “before” photo…but as I started to rework the metal, I realized how cool before and after pictures would be. The tricolour bands were just sitting in a drawer…but now that they’ve been reworked, they can be enjoyed for years to come!

Here’s a Before and After that might surprise you. I had a request for earrings with blue green Tourmalines. We had some difficulty finding them, but we found the rough (uncut gemstones). The stone cutter did an amazing job, as you can see in the After photo. I made the settings and set the stones. The Tourmalines in the earrings are the same stones as the rough stones in the first picture. Pretty cool, huh?!
