The Silver Soap Dish Policies: ***SHIPPING*** At this time, shipping is not available. Local pick-up (in West Abbotsford) or delivery only. Delivery is available within 25km for orders of $50 or more. Pickup hours: Monday to Friday 3:00-7:00pm Saturday by appointment Sunday by appointment ***RETURNS/EXCHANGES*** Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us! If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us and we will do what we can to fix the problem! ***PAYMENT OPTIONS*** Accepted methods of payment include: Paypal Credit card Debit Cash (local pick-up only) ***LARGE SOAP ORDERS*** If you would like to order an entire loaf of soap (11 bars total), we can make it happen! Entire loaves of our regularly available soaps qualify for a 10% discount. Cold process soap takes 4-6 weeks to cure, so keep that in mind when placing orders that need to be ready by a specific date. Large soap orders for the Christmas season will not be accepted after November 1st. ***CUSTOM SOAP ORDERS*** If you would like to create a custom look and scent, we will work with you to achieve your vision. Custom soaps must be purchased in entire loaves (11 bars total). Please note that The Silver Soap Dish does not use fragrance oils, which limits scent options to essential oils only. Please contact us to discuss your custom order, and we will create a unique listing for your payment. Cold process soap takes 4-6 weeks to cure, so keep that in mind when placing orders that need to be ready by a specific date. Custom soap orders for the Christmas season will not be accepted after November 1st. ***CUSTOM SOAP ORDER PAYMENT*** A non-refundable 50% deposit is due before the soap is made. Balance is due upon pick-up/delivery. ***FAQ*** Q: Why are some soaps listed as “Ready by ___”? A: Cold process soap takes 4-6 weeks to cure. It is safe to use before that, but a fully cured bar of soap lasts longer and is gentler on the skin than an uncured bar of soap. To provide the best products possible, we fully cure our soaps before making them available for purchase. Q: I have sensitive skin. Which products can I use? A: Our products should not cause irritation. However, some individuals with very sensitive skin may notice that certain scents are bothersome. We never use fragrance oils, but some essential oils are not recommended for those with very sensitive skin. These may include spicy scents (for example, our Orange Clove soap) or scents which include skin-cooling peppermint. If you have any questions, please ask before placing your order. Q: I have an allergy. Which products can I use? A: In compliance with Health Canada, The Silver Soap Dish lists all ingredients on the label of each product we sell. Please review the ingredient list carefully if you have an allergy or sensitivity. If you have any questions, please ask before placing your order. Q: I am pregnant/nursing/have a medical condition. Which products can I use? A: If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before using products containing essential oils. If you have any questions, please ask before placing your order. All products are for external use only. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
