অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার পর কিছু কাস্টমার যখন পার্সেল ডেলিভারি করতে ডেলিভারি ম্যান পার্সেল নিয়ে যায় তখনই তাদের ফোন নম্বরগুলো বন্ধ হয়ে যায় ‼️

ঠিক এরকমই আমাদের একজন কাস্টমার কক্সবাজার উখিয়ার কুতুপালং মার্কেট থেকে তিনটা নেকলেস কিছু টাকা এডভ্যান্স করেই অর্ডার কনফার্ম করেছিল কিন্তু ডেলিভারি ম্যান আজ ৪ দিন ধরে তাকে ফোন দিয়ে যাচ্ছে তার নাম্বার বন্ধ ⛔ ক্যাশ অন ১০০০ টাকা পুরো লস আমাদের, কাষ্টমাইজ প্রোডাক্ট একটা রিটার্ন আসা মানেই রিটার্ন চার্জসহ প্রোডাক্ট এর বিভিন্ন কস্ট আমাদের গুনতে হয় 🥹💔
এরকম কিছু মানুষদের কারনেই অনলাইন ব্যবসা আজকাল ধসে যাচ্ছে 😓

তারপরও কিছু কাস্টমার আমাদের কাছে কাষ্টমাইজ প্রোডাক্ট ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির দাবি করেন তারা কাইন্ডলি আমাদের পোস্ট টা দেখবেন এরকম ফ্রড কাস্টমার এর জন্যই ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি দেওয়া যায় না ❌
