Replacement Policy
All material products sold on Lalfita.com can be replaced within 72 hours. Following products are not entitled for replacement:
• Damages due to mishandling of product
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
• Consumable item which has been used or installed
• Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
• Innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies
• Damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
• Product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories included with the product(s) delivered. Note:

You can cancel order on Lalfita.com. For entire cancellations contact Customer Support on +8801787765883. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped out, we will refund the entire amount (excluding any amount charged due to fund transaction/s). If you received the product, it will be eligible for 72 hours Replacement (please check our Replacement policy).
