*ঢাকার মধ্যে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি, চার্জ ৬০ টাকা, ঢাকার বাইরে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট (প্রোডাক্ট এর দাম + ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১২০ টাকা + ২% বিকাশ চার্জ)।

*আমাদের প্রোডাক্ট সিলভার & গোল্ড প্লেটেড। ম্যাটেরিয়ালস ব্রাশ। কিছু প্রোডাক্ট এ দেশীয় রূপা ব্যবহার করা হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে আমরা ছবিতে উল্লেখ করে দিবো।

*বিদেশী কারিগর দিয়ে বানানো।

*প্রোডাক্ট এর সাইজ, কালার ভালোমতো জেনে নিয়ে অর্ডার করুন। আমাদের রিটার্ন অপশন নেই। ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকা অবস্থায় দেখে নিন আপনার প্রোডাক্ট ঠিক আছে কি না। যদি প্রোডাক্ট এ কোন প্রব্লেম থাকে, সেক্ষেত্রে আমাদেরকে কল দিবেন অবশ্যই, আমরা রিটার্ন নেয়ার ব্যবস্থা করব। ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে আসার পর কোনভাবে পার্সেল রিটার্ন নেয়া হবে না। পরে যদি চেঞ্জ ও করে দেয়া হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ টা আপনাকে দিতে হবে

* কোন টাইম প্রেফার করা হবে না এবং অবশ্যই পরপর ২ দিন হাতে রেখে অর্ডার করবেন। ২ দিন হাতে রেখে অর্ডার দেবার কারনঃ মনে করুন আমরা পার্সেল টা শনিবার কুরিয়ার এ দিলাম এবং কুরিয়ার থেকে আপনাকে পার্সেল দিবে রবিবার। কিন্তু কোন কারনে আপনাকে রবিবার দিতে পারলো না, আপনাকে সোমবার পার্সেল টা দিতে গেলো & আপনি ওই এড্রেস এ নেই। তখন কিন্তু পার্সেল টার রিটার্ন আসার বা ক্যান্সেল হবার সম্ভাবনা ৯০%। ঠিক তেমনি সময়ের ব্যাপার টাও একই। ডেলিভারি দেয়ার আগের দিন আমরা মেসেজ দিবো। ডেলিভারি যেকোন টাইম এবং ২ দিন এর মধ্যে যে কোন একদিন হতে পারে। যারা অফিস এড্রেস এ পার্সেল নিতে চান, অবশ্যই ১০- ৫.৩০ পর্যন্ত টাইম রাখবেন।

* টাইম প্রেফার না করার কারনঃ

একজন ডেলিভারি ম্যান প্রতিদিন ২০- ৬০ টা পার্সেল ডেলিভারি করে থাকেন। ক্লায়েন্ট দের ঠিকানা অনুযায়ী উনারা একটার পর একটা ডেলিভারি করে থাকেন। এখন মাঝে শুধুমাত্র আপনার টাইম অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারি করতে গিয়ে অন্য ২০ জন ক্লায়েন্ট পার্সেল পান না। একজনের জন্য ২০ জন কে প্রব্লেম এ ফেলানো যায় না। আমরা বুঝি সবার সময়ের মূল্য অনেক। তাই সবার সুবিধার জন্যই এই সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়া।

*যারা ক্যান্সেল করবেন তাদের বিরুদ্ধে আমরা কিছুই করতে পারি না, তাই এখন থেকে যিনি ক্যান্সেল করবেন, কখনোই আর তার অর্ডার নেয়া হবে না।

*আমাদের বিশ্বাস সবাই নিয়ম মেনে প্রডাক্ট অর্ডার করবেন এবং কোন প্রকার ভুল বুঝাবুঝি হবে না।

* Product price is fixed.

* All pictures are taken by us, so these are the original pictures. The pictures are taken in such a way that the design is very well understood and the original color of the product is edited. And since the design is photoshopped after us and the product ready, there is no potential for a design change.

* Delivery within 2 days inside Dhaka, and 3-5 days outside Dhaka.

* Cash on Delivery in Dhaka, charge 60 Taka, advance payment outside Dhaka (Product cost + Delivery charge 120 Taka + 2% development charge).

* Our Product Silver & Gold Plated. Material Brush. Some products are used in domestic silver, so we will mention in the picture.

* Made with foreign craftsman.

* Know the size of the product, color wise and order. We have no return options. While Delivery Man, check to see if your product is OK. If there is a problem with the product, give us a call. Of course, we will arrange for a return. No parcel return will be taken after delivery man arrives. If the change is made later, you will have to pay the delivery charge

* No time prefers and must be kept in hand order for 2 consecutive days. Reason for placing the order in 2 days: Suppose we put the parcel on Saturday in the courier and the courier will give you the parcel on Sunday. But for some reason you could not give you Sunday, went to give you the parcel on Monday & you are not in that address. But then there is a 5% chance of parcel return or cancellation. It is the same with regard to time. We will send the message on the day before delivery. Delivery can be any time between 2 days and 2 days. Those who want to take the parcel at the office address, of course, keep the time up to 1-3.5.

* Time not to reason:

A delivery man delivers 20-5 parcels daily. According to the address of the client, they make one delivery after another.
