(iii) You can return/changed the product for replacement within 5 business days. We will not accept any requests after that. (iv) Used products after purchasing will not be eligible for return/change requests. (v) You must return your defective product with catalogue pic in return. Otherwise we will not accept any product for defective reason. (vi) Only factory defects on the items/dresses will be considered for returns.
