Don't choose a radiant cut until you read this ↓

The radiant cut sits in a category of its own. Most buyers choose it for the obvious reason, it throws more light than almost any other shape, but what they don't know is that a radiant's brilliance can also hide a lot.

An inclusion that would be obvious in an emerald cut becomes almost invisible in a radiant.

A stone with uneven colour saturation can look perfect even once the facets get to work.

That's why Rob evaluates every radiant in hand, in natural light and at multiple angles, not just against the certificate.

The grade tells you what the stone is, but how it actually behaves tells you whether it's worth putting in a ring someone will wear every day.

1️⃣ Do you do all the work in-house, or is any of it outsourced?

This tells you where your ring is actually being made and who is responsible for the quality. In our case, everything is made 100% in-house, leaning into our century-old manufacturing expertise.

2️⃣ What does the approval process look like, and when can I make changes?

Without clear checkpoints, bad communication is inevitable and deadlines get pushed. A good process gives you visibility and confidence at every step.

3️⃣ What happens if I can’t clearly explain what I want?
