Congratulations to Team Henselite’s Matt Lucas on winning the 2026 Queensland Men’s State Singles Title last weekend 🏆

A tremendous achievement and a fitting way to finish an incredible State Championships campaign.

Matt trusted his Dreamline XG’s across the carpet greens at Club Helensvale and the grass greens at Musgrave Hill throughout the event, saying they “behaved brilliantly from the first to the last end” in some tough and trying conditions.

The charity raffle in support of Bowl For Your Lives has concluded.

Congratulations to Peta from Warrnambool, who has won the set of Henselite Dreamline XGs in Echo Duo (Size 3, X-Grip) used by Karen Murphy!

All tickets were sold, and a total of $3,795.95 was raised for Bowl For Your Lives.

Thank you to everyone who purchased a ticket and supported this mental health initiative within the bowls community.

Today is the final day to enter the Bowl For Your Lives charity raffle, with entries closing tonight at midnight.

Tickets are $5 each and all funds raised support mental health initiatives within the bowls community. The winner will receive the set of Henselite Dreamline XGs in Echo Duo (Size 3, X-Grip) played with by Karen Murphy against Brendan Fevola.

The winner will be announced tomorrow, May 27th. This draw excludes WA residents.

Tickets are $5, with all proceeds going directly to support the bowls community. The prize is a set of Henselite Dreamline XGs in Echo Duo (Size 3, X-Grip). This is the exact set used by Karen Murphy in her match against Brendan Fevola.

Scotland's Julie Forrest brings a wealth of experience to the 2026 World Bowls Indoor Championship at Ocean Grove. As a multiple World Indoor Gold Medallist, she continues to compete consistently at the highest level of the sport. Discussing her bowl of choice for indoor competition, Julie stated:

Giulia Gallo brings significant international experience to the 2026 World Bowls Indoor Championship. Having made her mark by qualifying for open singles on the world stage, she relies on Henselite bowls across different surfaces whether it's in her home country of the USA, at Potters in the UK or here at Ocean Grove.

"I love the fact that I can predict the way the XGs, and the Tiger II and the Tiger, depending on the green, end up into the jack. That is a big part of what I like about my bowls. The ability to understand where I am going to be able to make a shot or take a shot away."
