Every great cup has a backstory. ☕️🌿

This is **washed coffee still in parchment** the stage after the cherries are pulped and fermented, then dried with that protective layer still on. It’s one of coffee’s quietest moments: before roasting, before aroma, before the first sip… just the bean resting and developing clarity.

Next stop: milling (removing the parchment), sorting, and then the roaster where the real flavour story begins. 🤎🔥
