To Our Valued Customers,

As a relatively new seller here, we are deeply grateful for the overwhelming support received over the past few months. Every bit of kindness and trust has been precious to us, and we will continue to repay your faith with quality products and services. Starting in 2026, we plan to launch quarterly group buys—details will be shared here, on our Instagram, and WhatsApp.

📅 Holiday Schedule & Order Timeline

1. Custom Orders (18K Gold)

· Orders confirmed before Jan 23 (except complex designs) are expected to be completed by Feb 4.
· Please confirm QC and pay the balance by Feb 5. We will arrange shipping on Feb 6, which should allow parcels to clear Chinese customs before the holiday, maintaining standard delivery times.
· Custom orders will be paused from Feb 9 to Feb 26. Orders placed between Jan 23 and Feb 9 will be shipped after the holiday.

2. Ready-to-Wear Items (Gold-plated / Silver)

· Orders confirmed before Feb 4 should not be affected by holiday logistics.
· Our website remains open for self-service orders during the holiday. If size/color options are unavailable, please leave notes in the order remarks. You may use the Chinese New Year discount code on our homepage.
· All orders will be processed and shipped in sequence after the holiday.

🎉 Holiday Period: Feb 10 – Feb 26, 2026
Logistics, manufacturing, and other partners will be closed. Our customer service team will check messages intermittently—responses will be slower, but all inquiries will be answered in order.

A final note: Orders placed within the next week can still be processed normally, but earlier confirmation is strongly recommended—logistics may become unpredictable as the holiday approaches.
