This song was written and composed by David Scott and his brother in memory of the ’big man’. Davey apart from obviuosly being a talented musician was also a former football team mate of Jason at the Blacktown City Demons back in the day.
Recently the Scott brothers entered it into a global song competition and out of 3700 entries it was voted in the top 100 !! Not bad for a home recording.
It is now up on Spotify for all to listen to ….and to share.
When you do listen to it remember who it is memory of … and also remember this is why we organise the JC Cup each year.

Apologies for the delay in announcing the final donation total from this years Jason Connolly Memorial Cup.
The organisers are delighted and proud to announce that $8000 was raised and has been directly donated to our chosen charity partner , the Heartbeat of Football Foundation.
Tremendous effort and many thanks to all sponsors, donators , players , officials and spectators as without your generosity and loyal support the tournament would not run let alone any funds be raised. Every $ counts and goes a long way in the heart health awareness space.
