💕What makes your heart full? 💕

This is far from a full list but it’s a few things that happen on a weekly basis at my house. And maybe a few things that should happen with everyone at their place because it’s these things that make my day and keep my heart full with a smile on my face.

🧑‍🍼🐱❤️ Family! With my gorgeous new grandchild or my two cute kitties, cuddles are happening plenty at my place. This makes my heart so full and keeps a never ending smile on my face 😃 of course hubby and the kids do get a look in too but with cuteness multipled it’s hard to go past my adorable small members of the family 🥰

🍰🫖 Food, lots and lots of food! For coffee(or in my case tea) , brekky, dinner. And it happens at my place, out supporting a small local business or cooking in the kitchen with the family. No matter what else is happening, food always takes centre stage. And the more caramel, the better!

💎👩‍🎨 Creating beautiful things. It’s why I’m still creating 20 years after I started. Gorgeous materials that turn into something I just want to keep and wear. Sparkly, shiny, luxurious to touch, it’s all enchanting and it keeps me loving what I do.

So over the weekend I went to Brisbane to help my sister Lesley from at the Liberty Showcase at the Convention Centre. It was a huge event celebrating 150 years of

Now those of you who aren’t fabric addicts, Liberty of London is a British fabric brand that has the most gorgeous fabrics: Tana Lawn cotton, silk, quilting fabric and they even do collaborations with brands like Adidas! The Tana Lawn cotton is a fave with beautiful floral prints in the softest fabric, it’s like silk but without the dramas. Machine washable and easy to care for and it even has inspired fabrics from the Netflix season of Bridgerton ❤️

Now my talented sister never really does ready mades , most of her work is custom one off design pieces but as she was invited to do this event she decided to showcase some of Liberty’s devine fabrics in her incredible hand smocked and embroidered outfits.
They are limited editions so they won’t last long. Most are sizes 2 and below but if you want something special you might want to join her waitlist.
