New product alert!! The Tears of the Moon necklace is a throwback to the romantic and historical days of pearls. Pearls were once considered heavenly and pure (they probably still are). Before the science behind pearl formation was discovered, pearls were thought to be created by the moon’s teardrops, falling inside open pearl oysters that had roused to the surface of the water. There the teardrops were transformed into beautiful pearls. These necklaces feature either a Tahitian or White south sea pearl, adjustable kangaroo leather cord and a disc of mother of pearl (MOP) representing the moon. Tears of the moon. 😭 🌙 Available for a limited time.
