The night before always carries a mix of emotions — the excitement of finally being here, the nervous energy of refreshing the BOM forecast one too many times, and the inevitable last-minute changes that keep us on our toes.

But before tomorrow begins, we just want to pause and say a genuine, heartfelt thank you.

They say it takes a village… in our case, it takes an entire community — and what an incredible, generous, and supportive one we are so lucky to be part of.

Most people arrive on the day and enjoy the event without ever seeing the sheer scale of what goes on behind the scenes. And that’s okay — because this is why we do it. But it’s worth saying again: we are all volunteers. We juggle this alongside our jobs, our families, and our everyday lives, simply because we care deeply about our community and what this event brings to it.

To every single person who has helped us get to this point — and to those giving their time tomorrow — thank you. Truly. We could not do this without you.

A special thank you from Kylie to the organising committee — Janine, Sarah Jayne, Chris and Brett — for your countless hours, commitment, and unwavering support. And to our fellow Rotarians — Sue, Craig, Shelley, Mick, Steve, Bernie and Ros — we may be a small group, but together we achieve something pretty remarkable, time and time again. It’s something we can all be incredibly proud of.

No matter what tomorrow brings, including the weather, we are so proud — proud of this event, proud of what it represents, and most of all, proud of this amazing community we are so fortunate to support.

We’re so happy to be teaming up with to create something a little bit magical. Using Tasmanian flowers hand‑picked from Earthenry Flower Farm, just south of Hobart, each bloom is gently dried and thoughtfully arranged by Miss Emily before being set in resin.

The result is a collection of naturally beautiful, one‑of‑a‑kind pieces made with care, creativity, and a whole lot of heart.

If you’d like to see them in person, you can find us in Sandy Bay this Friday — the last market at this location of the season.

It’s been a quiet year for us on social media, and for good reason – life brought some big changes! Geoff retired, and we moved house. While we feel a little guilty for not posting more, most of our energy went into what matters most: creating and keeping our little business going.

This year marks six years of running our small family business, and one thing that truly fills our hearts is hearing from customers who tell us the earrings they bought years ago are still their favourites. That’s the joy of what we do – the connection, the community, and being part of your everyday moments.

Over the holiday season, we’ll be tackling the never-ending small business “to-do” list, but we’ll also take time to celebrate this milestone and recharge.

Thank you to our loyal customers and to those who discovered us this year. We’re grateful that our work finds a place in your life and brings joy to those you love.
