It starts with a conversation.
You don’t need to come in knowing exactly what you want. Bring a few saved photos, an idea, or even just tell Ruz what you like (and what you definitely don’t).
From there, you’ll look at diamonds, talk through different options and work out the design together. Once everything feels right, your ring goes into the making. Each piece is made and set by hand, then personally checked by Ruz before it leaves.
Around 5–6 weeks later, you get to see the idea you talked about in that first meeting sitting in a box in front of you.
