We are GIA qualified manufacturing jewellers, with real diamond trade experience. Understanding your next diamond purchase is our duty and your peace of mind.

Every natural diamond tells a story—and clarity helps reveal it. GIA diamond clarity grades describe the visibility of internal inclusions and external blemishes under 10× magnification.

Common inclusions include clouds, needles, pinpoints and feathers. Often, these are tiny crystals trapped during diamond formation or small fractures created by immense pressure deep within the Earth.

To determine a diamond's clarity grade, GIA evaluates the size, number, position, nature and relief of these characteristics, assigning a grade from Flawless to Included. Diamonds with clarity grades of VS2 and higher typically have no inclusions visible to the unaided eye. While Flawless and Internally Flawless diamonds are typically the rarest and most sought-after, inclusions are fascinating because they tell the story of a diamond's journey from deep within the Earth to the surface.

- Center Stone: The main diamond or colored gemstone.
- Prongs: Tiny metal posts that hold the gemstone securely in place and influence how much light hits the stone.
- Head: The top portion of the ring that includes the prongs and supports the center stone.
- Shank: The band that wraps around the finger—can be plain or decorated with side stones or melee.
- Gallery: The space beneath the center stone, often visible from the side.
- Hallmarks: Stamps on the inner or outer shank indicating metal type, purity, or maker’s mark.

Knowing each part helps you choose or design a ring that’s beautiful and right for your lifestyle.
