A gorgeous girl from the country came to me and asked if we could repurpose some aquamarines and diamonds from her Grandmother’s necklace which although beautiful, was not her style. I always find it hard to deconstruct such beautiful pieces. But then again, it’s no point keeping in the bottom drawer and never wearing them! So we sold the gold and some other bits and pieces and made the Billy Ring and a plain band. There were tears upon opening the little blue box, and she was so thrilled with the outcome. Just when I feel like giving up - a day like today happens and it becomes all worth while. Thank you for trusting me. ❌❌
