Watching Turning Red while creating and I'm weeping! Pixar really have the 'let's do inner child work' 'but it's just a kids movie' thing down pat.

Generational trauma, relationships and expectations and how they can shape and damage families, broken families, love. All themes that are wonderful to see represented, but as an adult watching, sometimes so hard not to get the whole body cry going on.

Guess I can skip my therapist, and just pop on Disney+? Right?? 👍 Anyway, back to work!
