I had the pleasure of meeting the most delightful couple yesterday and helping them sort through their inherited collection.

The lid of their shoe box had a simple cable tie to stop the larger necklaces from tangling.

As someone who has spent a lot of time untangling necklaces - I think this is genius hack for transportation and storage.

A lovely surprise to see Jewellery Concierge featured in The Examiner this week.

The article captures something that sits at the heart of what I do: bringing together my background in financial planning with my expertise as a gemmologist and jewellery valuer.

For me, jewellery isn’t simply about its dollar value. It’s about understanding the piece—its provenance, significance, craftsmanship and place in someone’s story.

And yes… there’s a little peek at one of my favourite finds from a charity shop too and I hope that by doing what I do, I’ll help reduce my clients from accidentally gifting something of worth.

These look so tiny, until you spot the tiny one carat diamond on the bottom left for perspective 😳
