Earlier this evening I had a person comment negatively on one of my posts.
They have since removed the comments.
But it did upset me a little.
I am self taught. I am very open to feedback, and always have been, in fact, that’s how I have refined what I do, by listening to feedback and adjusting accordingly over the years.
However, I am not open to personal attacks.
Especially from someone who doesn’t even know me and has never experienced my brand of Sound presentations.
I call myself a Sound Artist because I create incredible Soundscapes for you to enter and experience.
So I just thought I’d put this here so that it is very clear what you are getting for your money when you come to a session at Valinor Sound Sanctuary 🙂🌟🎶
What we are and what you get…
*Great company.
*Professional Sound presenter with 16 years experience.
*Sound relaxation of international quality, with multiple instruments in a private sound sanctuary. (Over 60 instruments).
*Deep sound journey.
Sometimes wildlife and birdlife and the elements join in on providing sacred sounds.
*Everything supplied…doonas, pillows, thick & comfortable covered floor mattresses, that are all washed each use.
*Lounge Seats with footstools.
*Carpeted floor.
*The room clean, prepared and set up.
*Dining room set up. Table Service. Hot Drink menu…Cappuccinos, hot chocolates, chai etc from our commercial coffee machine.
*Bathrooms very clean.
*Lawns mowed.
*Crystal collection for viewing.
*A Double Spiral Labyrinth is there that you can walk while you are here for no charge, even though we have to maintain it.
*Home cooked 3 course meal afterwards. Guests who have partaken have commented they would come for the food alone, let alone the wonderful sound journey.
*I used to be a cook at a popular hotel. I do have my Safe Food Supervisor Certification.
*Limited to a max of 14 guests
*I do everything myself.
*People return again & again.
*I go far above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and safe.
*Your comfort, safety and enjoyment is everything to me.
*I’ve been told I’m worth more money!
What we are NOT…
Presenting fresh from recent certification & not much experience, in a large rented hall, generally with bare floorboards that are usually not that clean, with a set of 7 singing bowls, a couple of chimes and an audience of maybe up to 50 people and BYO blankets & pillows & yoga mat that gets uncomfortable on the hard floor after 10mins and no food offering at all.
That’s worth about $20-$30, but I’ve seen these offerings for up to $50.
I DO NOT call myself a Sound Healer because that is false, no matter who proclaims this 🙏🏼
I offer Sunday Lunch sessions that include 90 min sound relaxation and lunch for $75.
I also offer monthly Monday morning 60 min session with no food for $40.
And I offer Sound Journey Evenings with 1hr Thunder Drum Dreaming Journey as well as a 90 min Sound Relaxation and Supper for $95.
I also offer Private Group sessions, with or without food.
