How crazy! a lovely couple bought a pair of earrings to take home to New Zealand, and of course I asked where are you from? They have just moved to Tokoroa, to live with their daughter that has a dariy farm in Tok.
Tokoroa is where my husband grew up.

These beautiful sterling silver and lavender fresh water pearls I have given a different finish to them, rather than polished until shinny silver I have heated and pickled until the metal turns this lovely white colour. Very time consuming but a very nice finish. Let me know what you think.
